Nick Cady - Pastor

As a pastor, church planter and missionary, Nick has a heart for the global mission of God through the Church.

Nick grew up in Denver, and came to know the Lord as a teenager. After high school, the Lord led Nick to Hungary as a missionary. Nick spent 10 years as a missionary in Hungary, first working with refugees and then church planting and pastoring churches in Hungary. Nick planted 2 churches during his time there - in the cities of Eger and Heves, which are now led by local leaders who were raised up through the ministry of the Eger church.

10 years, a wife and 3 children later, the Lord led Nick and his family back to Colorado to be a part of the work that God is doing through White Fields Community Church in Longmont and beyond. In coming back to the US, the Cady's have not left the mission field, but desire to continue in God's mission on God's mission field: all the world, which God loves and for whom He gave His Son, Jesus.

Nick and his wife Rosemary have 3 children, Balázs, Nate and Felicia.

Jeff Robinson - Administrative Pastor

Jeff Robinson has been around church all his life and his great desire now is to help people find life through deep friendship with God. At White Fields, he serves in multiple roles as an elder and administrative pastor. Jeff also devotes much of his professional time to business consulting and executive coaching. He has work experience as a college administrator and professor, various church pastor roles, and nonprofit executive leadership.

Jeff holds Doctoral and Master’s degrees in Educational Leadership from The University of Southern Mississippi, and Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Theology from Harding University and Florida Christian College respectively. He has been married to Sylvia for 22 years and has two daughters and a son.

David Lewin - Music Ministries

David Lewin grew up in the church, and it was there that he was given the opportunity to worship God with his musical talent. He was 14 years old when he first led worship for his churches youth group. David has since lead worship in various capacities including churches, worship events, prayer settings, and his family’s house church where he met his lovely wife, Alicia, and together they continue to grow as a team as they lead people into the presence of God. He now serves as the worship leader for White Fields Community church and is excited to be part of God’s plan for this congregation.

David also has a Bachelor degree in Linguistics and a Minor in Business from CU Boulder. Aside from doing worship at White Fields Community Church, David is an elementary school teacher at Vision Academy in Denver.

Carleigh Cate - Administrative Assistant

Carleigh Cate gave her life to Jesus at a young age and spent her high school years growing in the Lord through youth mission trips and AWANA. After high school she attended Calvary Chapel Bible College and received an Associate’s Degree in Theology. While in school she met Jared and the two were married in the summer of 2004.

In 2005 they started their own coffee shop and saw the Lord use that business to bring people to Christ through Bible studies, and day to day interactions. After much prayer in 2007 they sold their business and moved to England. For the next 2 years, they helped different churches establish coffee shops to use as outreach opportunities in the community, as well as helping with a church plant in King’s Lynn, England. Carleigh and her family moved back to the United States over 2 years ago and settled in Longmont where they began attending White Fields. She has 3 sons and 1 daughter.
