2018 School of Ministry Autumn Classes

The vision of our School of Ministry is to train and empower you to minister to others by giving you knowledge and tools to do so. We think of it as Bible School for people who don't have time to go to Bible School. Ephesians 4:11-16 tells us that all Christians are called to do "the work of the ministry," and that the job of the church is to equip you to do that.

Starting the first week of October, we will be offering three new classes:

Reason to Believe: Introduction to Apologetics - 6 weeks, Wednesday nights at the church office, starting October 3.
Do you or others have questions about life that cause you to doubt Christianity or the Bible? This class will address the "difficult" questions, and equip you to share the Christian faith with others.

Arial View of the Old Testament - 8 weeks, Tuesday nights at the church office, starting October 2.
Over 8 weeks, you will get the big picture of the Old Testament, its timeline, major themes, and how its narrative points us to Jesus.

The vision of National Back to Church Sunday is to create a movement of churches encouraging their members to invite every person in America back to church.

We would like to invite everyone in the Longmont area to worship with us for this occasion.

Back to Church, Sunday is September 16 at 10 am in the St. Vrain Memorial Building.

We will have special guest musicians Tom Ewing and Dave Beegle.
