We have some information regarded end of the year donations. You may ask, "What does WFCC do with the donations?" That is a great question. We use it to pay for the building we worship and minster in, we support missions and missionaries, we have two full-time and three part-time staff members, we have a Bible Learning Center, NextGen Ministry, Men and Women's Ministry, Youth Ministry, which all need supplies and we do various outreach programs to reach our community.
Our Elder and treasurer Dennis Batchelor has provided the information below. If you have any questions you can write him at
While the year 2020 was unusual in many regards, we can celebrate the gift of life made possible through our Lord and Savior. And as we look forward to the New Year, many people ask about year-end gifts to the church as part of their worship. As an elder and treasurer of White Fields, I would like to help answer some of those questions.
Every dollar given to the church goes to serve our mission of building a passionate, engaged and spiritually healthy Christian community to bless Longmont and beyond. Your financial donations fund our work of making disciples of Jesus Christ by teaching the Word of God and engaging in the mission of God.
2020 Charitable Gifts
Your gift to White Fields Community Church will be tax deductible for 2020 if it is received by December 31, 2020. In reality, mailed envelopes need to be processed by the post office on or before Thursday, December 31 in order to count for the 2020 tax year.
You may donate to White Fields by any of the following:
- Mail a check to 2950 Colorful Ave, Longmont CO 80504
- Place a check in the tithe box at the back of the sanctuary
- Donate online with a credit card (or better, an ACH electronic check which has no fees) at http://whitefieldschurch.com/g...
- NEW! You may now contribute through a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) if you have a “giving account” at one of several financial institutions, including Fidelity. We have a profile page at Guidestar to facilitate this process. In addition to monetary contributions, it is possible to contribute stock shares in this manner, which may carry tax advantages (check with your accountant).
All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will be mailing contribution reports in January to aid in documenting and reporting individual gifts in 2020.
We do not have a formal offering during service, and we invite our members to tithe and give as you feel led by the Lord.
Feel free to contact us by phone or email to answer any additional questions.
