Join a Team: Sunday Hospitality

At White Fields we encourage everyone to Join a Team! When we join a ministry team, we have a chance to partake in Christ’s ministry in our church and our community. It is such an incredible feeling to live out our faith as Christ instructed each of us by serving him and each other. Therefore, we want to highlight opportunities when they arise.

This week we want to take a moment and showcase the Sunday Hospitality ministry. This is an important ministry as they keep the coffee hot and the pots filled so that the church can function on Sunday morning! Additionally, they prepare a small meal (breakfast burritos, egg casserole, etc.) for those who serve all morning on Sundays.

The Sunday Hospitality team is broken up into three sub-teams:

Coffee Team
Quite possibly the single most important team on Sunday morning. Prepare coffee service for the church foyer; monitor and refill both coffee and supplies as needed. The coffee must flow.

Meal Team
Providing a light meal for approximately 35 staff and team members who serve on Sunday mornings.

Cleanup Team
Break down and cleanup of the coffee service area in the foyer and meal ser-vice in the conference room following the start of 2nd service. Replenish supplies on coffee carts.
