Responsibilities Include:

• Leading a team in developing communities of believers dedicated to living the deep Christian life together through fellowship, Bible study, and lifting each other up in prayer.
• Function as an overseer of our Community Group ministry, coaching leaders in successful completion of their day-to-day duties and responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain an annual plan that provides continuous improvement and growth of community group involvement.
• Oversee our Bible Learning Center; a classroom style theological and practical education center we provide Bible college type classes to the community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a vibrant Youth Pastor to oversee the connection, mission, and discipleship strategy of our students. He must be:

• Someone with a growing personal relationship with Jesus and who possesses a passion for helping students discover and pursue Christ
• Able to teach Christ-centered biblical messages in a way that is relatable and engaging for youth
• A leader who is capable of recruiting, building, maintaining, and ministering to a healthy team
• A self-motivated individual who will cast a vision for ministry to students
• An engaging communicator, able to connect with teens as well as adults
• Someone with a proven track record of Christ-centered student ministry work
• Someone that inspires students to continue following Jesus as they become adults
• A team player who will participate in meetings, gatherings, conferences, and retreats as a representative of and champion for the youth

Responsible for all technical aspects of stage production for Sunday services and other events.

Must possess a basic knowledge of:

• Stage lighting and programming
• Live video production (cameras, switching, recording, streaming)
• Recording and editing audio and video
• Mixing live sound for both FOH and Online audiences
• Creating and running ProPresenter 7 slide shows 

The ideal candidate can recruit, build, and disciple a corps of invested volunteers, and manage scheduling to ensure no gaps in Sunday coverage in all roles. Will be responsible for setting stage for each event and service based on instruments/vocalists/speakers scheduled.

This position has a flexible schedule, except for Sundays (services) and Tuesdays (staff meeting and recordings) being firm requirements.
