PASTORS

Nick Cady

Lead Pastor
Pastor Nick has a heart for the global mission of God through the Church. Having grown up in Denver, Nick spent 10 years as a missionary, pastor and church planter in Hungary working with Calvary Chapel prior to moving to Longmont in 2012 to be part of what God is doing at White Fields. He holds a Masters degree in Integrative Theology from London School of Theology and a Bachelor's in Theology from the University of Gloucestershire (UK). He and his wife Rosemary have 4 children.

Nick can be heard on the radio every weekday at 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM on GraceFM: 89.7 from Cheyenne to Castle Rock, and 101.7 in Colorado Springs, as well as online at gracefm.com.

Nick serves on the Executive Team of Calvary Global Network and leads Cultivate, a program which trains and supports new church planters. He is also on the steering committee of the Expositors Collective, which exists to equip, encourage, and mentor the next generation of Christ-centered preachers.

Michael Payne

Worship Pastor
Michael was born and raised in Sun Valley, South Africa, right at the tip of the continent. He moved with his parents to America in 1983 and lived in Aurora, Colorado for seven years before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps. he spent six years with the United States Marine Corps before God called him to Hungary as missionary and worship leader in 1996. Following 21 years on the mission field, Michael returned to Colorado in 2017 with his wife, Marika and youngest son, Dávid to serve the Longmont community as the Worship Pastor at White Fields Community Church.   

Jason Cralley

Executive Pastor
Jason was born in Fullerton, California and moved around quite a bit as a child, but his parents eventually settled down in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho where he was raised. Later he went off to study at Biola University where he met his wife, Teresa. Eventually the two returned to Coeur d’Alene to raise their two boys, Alexander and Aiden. The Lord led Jason to the Denver area, where Teresa was born and raised, to attend seminary and be closer to her family. He holds a Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute.

Stephen Pomeroy

Community Pastor
Stephen was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. He is married to Vanessa and they have five children. He graduated from Calvary Chapel Bible College in Indianapolis, after which he spent the next decade serving in ministry, including six years on the mission field in Ukraine. In 2012, Stephen and his family settled in Southern Indiana where they served in their local church, homeschooled their children, and ran a small business. In 2023, God opened the door for them to move to Colorado, and for Stephen to join the staff at White Fields Community Church as Community Pastor, overseeing Community Groups, the Bible Learning Center, and outreach.

Nate Medlong

Youth Pastor
Nate was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He studied at Calvary Chapel Bible College in Indianapolis, and in 2005 he moved to Kharkiv, Ukraine to serve as a missionary. In 2008 Nate married Diana, they have fostered/adopted 4 children and have 2 biological children. In 2020 Nate became lead pastor of Calvary Chapel Kharkiv, and on February 24, 2022, they awoke to the news that Russia was invading Ukraine, and drove out as the city was being bombed. 
Nate serves as Technical Director and Youth Pastor. Nate’s faith was transformed when he was in youth group as a teen, and is excited to help youth grow in their faith and learn to serve the Lord.

Ocean Babin

Media & Ministry Coordinator
Ocean Babin has been working at White Fields since July 2015 as Administrative Assistant and Media Manager. His work includes editing our radio program, video production and helping with administrative tasks. Ocean is a recent graduate of Colorado State University, where majored in Journalism and Media Communications with a minor in Film Studies. He moved to Colorado in 2013 after living in Austria, France, and Hungary. 

Michelle Pearl

NextGen Ministries Director
Michelle was born and lived in Washington state until moving to Colorado in 2002. Michelle and Tim were married in 2007 and they have two children whom she homeschools. Her passions are for children's ministry, gardening and the outdoors. She has been volunteering in our children's ministry since 2015. Michelle is excited to be involved in the lives of the next generation here at White Fields.

Chris Dayton

Operations Director
Chris was born in Pontiac, Michigan, as the second of nine children, where he received his B.S. in Chemistry at Oakland University. In 1978, he attended the University of Colorado, where he studied the rate kinetics of DNA transcription, receiving an M.S. in Chemistry.  He took business and engineering courses from C.S.U. after being hired by Ball Aerospace in 1981.  Chris was a member of the engineering staff (terminating as Technical Fellow) through 2022.  He has attended White Fields Community Church since 2009, where he has served as an elder for several years, and now as the Operations Director.  He enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, five grandchildren and six brothers and sisters.

Tatum Cito

Administrative Assistant
As a Colorado native, Tatum was raised in a homeschool home with her brother. She received Christ as her Lord at the age of 7, and after graduating from High School she entered the Ellerslie's Discipleship Program seeking to grow closer to Jesus. Since then, she has received certifications in art and illustration, as well as taught traditional art classes for 5 years. Tatum has been a part of hospitality teams in varying capacities, and is now grateful to be partnered with Christ's work here at White Fields as the Administrative Assistant.

Shelby Lawson

Operations Director
Shelby was born and raised in southern California where he attended and received a BA in Business Administration from California State University Fullerton. Shelby is married to Sue and they have three children and five grandchildren. Shelby has dedicated himself to service within the church community for the past 18 years  including serving as an elder and director.  His duties  include church building management, Community Groups management, and Director of the Bible Learning Center. 

Curt Fuller

Technical Director
Born in Wichita, Kansas, Curt bounced around a bit, graduating from Virginia Tech as a 'confused English/CS/Math professional,’ and his family settled down in Colorado permanently in 1999. He and his wife Michelle have 3 grown sons, whom they've homeschooled, and he now has the flexibility to pour much of his time into all things audio and video at White Fields. He has a passion for all things techie, especially when they help spread the Kingdom! Curt is excited to be involved in the lives of everyone at White Fields, enriching our worship and learning from behind the scenes.
