Jesus Through the Eyes of Women

The  When She Leads Conference theme this year is “Jesus Through the Eyes of Women”.

When She Leads Conference 2025 is designed for every woman who leads and serves in all areas of life. This year’s theme, “The Time Is Now”, will feature our executive team and other influential teachers.

Parenting a child who has walked away from the Faith—or even from your relationship—can be heartbreaking, confusing, and isolating. Parenting Prodigals is a workshop designed to support parents of children who are struggling, estranged, or living in ways that seem far from homes—spiritually.
Have you ever noticed that loneliness doesn't require solitude?  It's possible to feel isolated even while surrounded by relationships and active ministry.  In this session, we'll discuss fears that can lead to emotional isolation, look to God's word to be reminded where our confidence comes from, and learn the importance of remaining open to others even in the midst of challenging seasons.

Multigenerational Discipleship

How can the household of faith create a shared table for both older and younger generations? In this workshop, we’ll explore practical steps to bridge generational gaps and discuss how the Church can embody the Gospel in a way that welcomes and honors believers of all ages, reflecting the manifold grace of God.
