Prayer Request from George and Sharon Markey

Dear friends, we need your prayers. 
 
I , George, just spoke with a trusted pastor friend who sensed in his spirit that we’re facing spiritual opposition—and prayed over me with that in mind. Not long after, we found out that James has been the target of serious bullying. It hit hard.
 
It might sound like a cliché, but I believe Satan is at work because God is at work. As we press into what the Lord is doing, we’re encountering real resistance.
 
James is asking to go back to school tomorrow because he’s afraid his grades will suffer—but we’re afraid for his safety until this situation is fully resolved.
 
Please stand with us in prayer—for our home, and also for the growing Ukrainian fellowships that are shining the light of Christ in hard places. 
 
Please pray for:
• Protection over our family, especially James. 
• Wisdom, peace, and courage as we respond. 
• Strength and spiritual covering for the Ukrainian fellowships we’re walking with.
• That God’s presence would be unmistakable—and His purposes unstoppable.
